The hotel offers two complementary facts which are useful during your stay. The location is perfect as it is near to the shopping mall and restaurants. The positive aspect I enjoyed the most was the breathtaking view from my room that overlooks the beautiful lake.

On the downside, the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on as it was too hard. Also, the room wasn't as clean as I expected, and I noticed some dust in some areas.

it is in front of the airport. tangxia is a district that deserves exploring.

The spacious rooms offer direct access to the pool, which was clean and inviting. Breakfast was varied, with plenty of options for all tastes. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the local area on foot, and close to public transportation.

The front desk staff seemed to lack urgency at times, and there were often long waiting times to check out. The staff's English skills also need improvement, making communication with international guests difficult.

Good things came in this luxurious venue. We spent an unforgettable week indulging ourselves to exclusive amenities such as Spa & wellness centre, Full body massage, and Aqua park. The Swimming pool was crystal clear, ensuring our utmost relaxation. We can only praise the professional and courteous service provided, and the delicious Special diet menus that catered perfectly to our needs. Our room was equipped with private facilities, and we were blessed with sun loungers and a Garden area overlooking the beautiful surroundings.

There was only one minor issue that we experienced. The Outdoor swimming pool was closed during our stay, slightly affecting the leisure atmosphere.

The noise level was unbearable during the Christmas period, as there were many families with young children running around and screaming. The breakfast area was extremely busy and the selection was mediocre at best.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. The spa and wellness centre had a wide range of relaxing treatments including body scrubs, massages, facials, and foot massages which were all performed in treatment rooms designed for ultimate comfort. The outdoor swimming pool area was surrounded by a garden area and a sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the views. The restaurant had a special diet menu that catered to my needs and the bar had a great selection of drinks. My room had an outdoor dining area and a private facility which made me feel pampered and special.

The nighttime entertainment at the hotel's night club was a bit too distracting and not in line with the luxurious atmosphere offered by this hotel. Despite the level of service being high in general, I had some minor issues with the staff in the restaurant during dinner time.

There were multiple dining options available, although the prices were slightly on the higher side. My room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking beautiful gardens. The hotel also had a range of amenities including a spa, swimming pool, and fitness room. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
